1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any FlowHost service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Services

FlowHost provides managed hosting services including VPS hosting, game server hosting, domain registration, and web design. All services are provided on a best-effort basis. "Managed at unmanaged prices" means we assist with initial setup and reasonable configuration — it does not cover 24/7 on-call support, application development, or unlimited scope changes. Response times are best-effort and not guaranteed by SLA unless stated in writing.

3. Payment & Billing

All prices are listed in EUR. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. If payment fails, your service enters a 7-day grace period. After 7 days the service is suspended; after 14 days the service and all associated data are permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to keep payment details up to date.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the dashboard. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time. Refunds for provisioning errors or service outages attributable to FlowHost will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use FlowHost services for illegal activity, spam, network abuse, hosting malware or phishing content, or activity that causes harm to other users or infrastructure. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

FlowHost is not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we provide backup options, we do not guarantee backup integrity or completeness.
